The staff were caring throughout my visit. the location was stunning and particularly good, at a short distance from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. It was across the excellent area.

the breakfast had a wide array of coffee, fruit, and omelette. its location was amazing, on newly built factory, and in a fantastic area.

Sincerely, it was a special stay on vacation. The staff were very amiable and competent and knew the area. Twin/double room included ironing facilities, a study table, and a private entrance. The location to the harbour area was stunning...

Additionally, the hot showers on the balcony were a fantastic touch, allowing me to enjoy the views while freshening up. This place is situated very close to the lake and beautiful green scenery, with boats coming in and a newly built factory nearby, and it's just a 5-minute drive to Lake Kivu.
